How to Test

  1. Lower your system volume before starting.
  2. Select LEFT, then RIGHT, and listen carefully.
  3. Select BOTH to compare both sides.
◖◗

Can You Hear Both Sides?

LEFT plays only the left speaker; RIGHT only the right; BOTH plays both. Reversed channels can indicate swapped cables or audio settings.

Safe Listening

Start low, avoid prolonged loud testing, and stop if uncomfortable. This is not a medical hearing test.

Why can’t I hear sound?

Check the system and browser-tab volume, select the correct playback device, and make sure speakers or headphones are connected.

Why does LEFT play through my right speaker?

Your channels may be reversed by cabling, speaker placement, or an operating-system audio setting.

Does this tool record audio?

No. It generates sound locally and never accesses your microphone or uploads audio.
